The Committee on Justice recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill "On Amendments to Article 2 of the Economic Procedural Code of Ukraine" (re Institution of Proceedings in Economic Court due to the Petitions of certain Categories of Natural Persons)

The Bill (Reg. No.2424) supplements the Economic Procedural Code with a regulation, pursuant to which the economic court institutes proceedings due to the petitions of natural persons who appeal to the court for protection of their rights and legally protected interests in disputes that originate from corporate legal relations.
